Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email Aviorahouse@proton.me with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. All returns must be approved by our team before they are sent. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Aviorahouse@proton.me so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before requesting a return.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to request a return for your original purchase. Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

As with all returns, you must first contact Aviorahouse@proton.me to receive return authorization and instructions before sending your item back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
