Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Times
Our estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at Aviorahouse@proton.me. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution.
